Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. The voucher is transferableand cannot be exchanged for cash.
  2. The voucher 2026.11.30-ig can be used; after the expiry date it is no longer valid.
  3. The voucher cannot be accumulatedand can be used once, up to its full face value.
  4. The voucher cannot be splitand cannot be used in instalments.
  5. The voucher can only be used at Saint James Vision and Aesthetics Center, for the clinic's services.
  6. The voucher can only be used in one department of your choice : either in the plastic surgery department, or in the ophthalmology department.
  7. The value of the voucher cannot be shared between several departments or services.
  8. The voucher can be used up to the amount shown on it. If the chosen service costs more than the face value of the voucher, the difference must be paid.
  9. If the voucher value exceeds the cost of the service, no refund is givenand the remaining amount cannot be used.
  10. The voucher cannot be combinedwith other discounts or promotions, unless the clinic specifies otherwise.
  11. The redeemable amounts and other conditions are as stated on the voucher.
