The warranty can be enforced:

- The difference is a consequence of the surgical intervention we performed.
- The patient appears for check-ups and complies with medical prescriptions
- Anatomical conditions allow for retreatment
The warranty does not apply:
- Another disease or injury is causing the vision loss (e.g. glaucoma, trauma)
- Natural age-related vision loss occurs
- Unstable diopters are present at the time of surgery
- Anatomical features do not allow for retreatment
- The patient misses mandatory check-ups or does not follow the therapeutic instructions
