Dry eye syndrome
Dry eye treatment with E-Eye technology
Dry eye syndrome can no longer be treated with just temporary relief. E-Eye's unique, pulsed light therapy permanently restores the function of the tear film and can eliminate the burning, stinging, tired feeling of the eyes. Significant improvement can be seen after just a few treatments.
We were the first to introduce the E-Eye treatment in Hungary at our clinic, with hundreds of successful patients and consistently satisfied feedback.

Who is E-Eye dry eye treatment recommended for?
Dry eye syndrome affects 10-30% of the population in Hungary, and symptoms often worsen with age. If you experience several of the following symptoms, you may want to consider treatment.
We recommend it if:
- Your eyes often feel red, burning, or stinging.
- Tearing, blurred vision, or fatigue while working on a screen
- Difficulty wearing contact lenses due to dry eyes
- You often need to use artificial tears, but you only experience temporary improvement
- Would you like a permanent solution to the symptoms that bother you every day?
When is E-Eye treatment not recommended?
For safety reasons, E-Eye treatment may not be applicable.
Most common reasons for exclusion:
- You have an active eye infection or inflammation.
- Serious eye disease (e.g. advanced cataracts, retinal detachment) is present
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Skin injury, fresh scar in the treatment area
The exact answer in each case is given by a detailed, personal suitability assessment. If you are not suitable for E-Eye treatment, our specialists will recommend another, safe solution to relieve your symptoms.

Personalized treatment
How does E-Eye dry eye treatment work?
E-Eye is an innovative medical device that emits specially calibrated pulses of light. These flashes stimulate the Meibomian glands in the eyelids, which normally produce the protective, oily layer of the tear film.
When the glands function is restored, tears evaporate less, eliminating dry eyes and unpleasant symptoms.
How dry eye syndrome treatment works
E-Eye not only provides symptomatic relief, but also treats the root cause of dry eye.
- Light pulses hit the area around the eye, not the eye directly.
- The treatment takes place in a few minutes and is painless.
- The function of the meibomian glands gradually returns to normal.
- The effect is long-lasting: you can get rid of symptoms for months or even years
Focus on safety
Safety and risks during E-Eye treatment
The E-Eye treatment is completely painless and non-invasive. The light pulses do not hit the eye directly, but are directed to the area around the eye, so the risk of the treatment is minimal. Most patients experience improvement after the first session.
Occasional, temporary symptoms may include:
- Mild redness in the treated area
- Warmth on the skin
- Transient photosensitivity
