Sterile operating room
You would think that this would be self-evident, right?
After all, we are talking about an operation in Semmelweis' homeland...
But you should know: domestic regulations do not make it mandatorythat clinics perform laser eye surgeries in sterile operating rooms.
If a service provider nevertheless decides to use a sterile operating room, it represents a significant additional financial cost and commitment. Not every clinic is willing or able to comply with this. It is not a requirement.
For us, however, this is the obvious decision. Maximum security should not be a question of money.
How does this all look from the client's side?
Well, if a patient disregards the existence of a sterile operating room, they are either ill-informed or reckless.
But why would you give up this claim?

What does a guarantee mean in practice?
If laser vision correction surgery is the achieves worse than predicted vision improvement,
or if within 10 years after treatment deteriorates the patient's distance visual acuity,
and all this is a consequence of the surgical intervention we perform – this is when the guarantee comes into effect.
In this case, we will perform the correction free of charge.We undertake this, we deliver this.
How common is the deviation from the predicted result?
Up – quite common. Since 2008, we have performed tens of thousands of laser procedures – successfully.
And very often we achieve the planned results. right values.
On average, there are one or two cases per year where the result is slightly worse than predicted. In these cases, the difference is usually caused by a different reaction of the cornea than usual, but we can also find a reassuring solution for these cases.
Overall: our patients because of the results more than satisfied: the assurance provided by the 10-year retreatment guarantee is just the necessary extra – for exceptional cases.
