Surgical technician
Tasks
- Preparing technical tools and equipment used during surgeries and operating them under supervision.
- Hospitalization, accompaniment, administration
- Disinfection and sterilization tasks in accordance with hygiene regulations
- Hazardous waste management
- Operating room cleaning

Surgical assistant
Tasks
- Responsible for the sterility of the perioperative process
- Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the operating room
- Observes and enforces operating room procedures
- For the availability of sterile surgical packages and checking their expiration dates
- Continuous maintenance, control and performance of sterility
- Organizing the required periodic maintenance of sterilizers – sterilizes instruments
- Assists with surgeries, helps in every way possible, and fulfills medical requests and expectations
- Maintains contact with the National Institute of Public Health and keeps track of sample collection dates
- Maintains, cleans, and protects the operating instruments in the operating room
- Liaises with service providers
- With the washing rules, you are ready for the day
- Ensures that the cleaning products are up to date
- If necessary, arranges the ordering of products that appear in the operating room
- Maintains constant contact with the hygienist
- Occasionally participates in cleaning the operating room

Patient coordinator
Tasks
- Performing reception tasks: welcoming patients, answering phones, taking data, managing the cash register
- Scheduling appointments with patients, handling telephone and email inquiries
- Collaboration with doctors and colleagues
- Organizing surgery appointments
- Administrative tasks such as preparing installment contracts and writing surgery agreements
Expectations
- Conversational level of English, both spoken and written
- Computer skills (user-level knowledge of Excel, Word)
- Smiling, friendly appearance
- Excellent communication skills
