Terms of Participation – Prize Draw Rules and Privacy Policy
Organizer of the Game
The organizer of the “Choose the Clear Vision Experience! – Share your feedback and win!” online prize draw (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”) is Saint James Hospital Ltd. (registered office: 1026 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 33-35, hereinafter: “Organizer, Executor, Data Controller”), which is organizing the Game within the framework of an online market research study (hereinafter referred to as “Game”).
The Organizer will announce the Game on its social media platforms:
The Organizer declares that this Game is not subject to the provisions of Act XXXIV of 1991 on the organization of gambling.
By participating in the Game, players accept and agree to these rules.
Eligible Participants and Exclusions
Anyone over the age of 18 (hereinafter: “Player”) is eligible to participate.
Exclusions:
Owners, executives, employees, contractors, or companies directly involved in the execution or data processing related to the Game, as well as their close relatives as defined by the Hungarian Civil Code (8:1 § (1) 1.), are excluded from participation.
Individuals under the age of 18 and those attempting to participate multiple times to gain unfair advantage are also excluded from the Game to ensure equal chances for all.
The Organizer reserves the right to investigate any suspicion of cheating and may request information from Players or suspend or exclude Players from the Game. Players found manipulating the game will be excluded, and those causing any damage to the Organizer must compensate for it. The Organizer may also exclude such individuals from all current and future Games.
Game Description
To participate, Players must meet all of the following conditions, as set out in the rules. Players can enter by fully completing the “Choose the Clear Vision Experience! – Share your feedback and win!” online survey on the Organizer’s designated platform between September 20, 2024, and October 11, 2024.
Duration of the Game
The Game runs from 00:00 on September 20, 2024, to 24:00 on October 11, 2024 (Hungarian time).
Player Responsibility
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Player at any time if they detect a breach of the rules.
Prizes and Draw
Prizes:
- 3 discount coupons worth 20,000 HUF each, redeemable for any vision correction surgery with the Organizer until December 15, 2024. The coupons can be combined with other discounts, but only one coupon can be used per person.
The prizes are transferable but cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services of monetary value. No alternative prizes will be awarded.

Number of Winners: 3
Winners will be selected from those who fully complied with the rules. The draw will be conducted using a computer program based on random selection principles, overseen by a 3-member draw committee. A report will be prepared of the draw.
Notification of Winners
Winners’ names will be posted on social media the day after the draw:
Winners will also be notified by phone and email the next business day after the draw.
If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, they forfeit the prize, and no alternate winner will be drawn.
If a winner fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, or is otherwise disqualified, they lose their right to the prize.
Prize Collection Terms
Players consent to having their names published in social media posts by the Organizer. Tax obligations related to the prize will be covered by the Organizer, but any additional costs will be borne by the winner.
Data Handling
By participating in the Game, Players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data (name, address, email, phone number, age) by the Organizer for the purposes of conducting the Game. The Organizer will use this data to notify winners and handle any disputes. Participation in the Game is voluntary, but without providing the required data, Players will be excluded.
Players’ personal data will be deleted within 30 days after the announcement of the results, except for data of the winners and excluded participants. All data processing will be carried out in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules at any time with prior notice to affected parties.
The Player acknowledges that requesting the deletion of data necessary for the execution of the Game before the Prize is awarded, as specified in point 8, will result in exclusion from the Game.
The Organizer, as the data controller, reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Regulation at any time, with prior notification to the concerned parties.
11. Liability
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and Meta (formerly Facebook).
The data is provided to the Organizer and not to Instagram or Meta.
The Player agrees, according to the promotional policies of Instagram and Meta, to refrain from making any claims for compensation or liability in connection with the Game against the company operating the Instagram.com website (Meta, as well as its subsidiaries and affiliates).
The Organizer excludes liability for any external so-called SQL attacks or failures affecting Instagram, Meta, or the servers operating them. Therefore, if, due to such an attack on Instagram, Meta, the server, or the service network, the Players receive incorrect system messages regarding their Prizes, Player/non-Player status, etc., the Organizer assumes no responsibility for these instances.
The Organizer excludes liability for failures of Instagram or Meta that occur for reasons beyond its control, during which these platforms are unavailable or only partially functional, and thus, for example, this game regulation is not accessible.
12. Other Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prize Game at any time, as well as to modify or revoke the Game Rules at any time for justified reasons. In such cases, the necessary information will be published on the Organizer’s Instagram, Meta pages, and website. The Organizer excludes liability for any typographical errors that may appear in any communication materials related to the Game.
The Organizer declares and takes responsibility for fully complying with the legal requirements related to the organization of this Game.

This Prize Game is not sponsored by or associated with Instagram/Facebook in any way. The Organizer may stop or modify the Game at any time on its Instagram/Meta (Facebook) account, with simultaneous notification, without any explanation.
Players may terminate their participation and exit the Game at any time. Withdrawal from participation in the Game can be done by email or in writing to the Organizer.
